About Silver Pearl Hospitality
Silver Pearl is a hospitality company and operates in the mid-priced hotel sector, consisting of the upper-midscale, midscale, and economy hotel segment. The current properties are located in Rakchham, Kinnaur, and Himachal Pradesh. Rakchham village is located in Sangla Tehsil of Kinnaur district in Himachal Pradesh, India. Rakchham village is around 10 km from Chitkul and around 12 km from Sangla and is located between the two. The first hotel property started operations in FY 19-20.
Silver Pearl Hospitality & Luxury Space also operates a cafe at Rakchham. All the hotels, cafes, and restaurants are operated under the brand name “Osiya”. Silver Pearl Hospitality & Luxury Space provides authentic hospitality and gives the guests a localized and memorable experience. Silver Pearl seeks to cater to the family as well as adventure-loving guests and deliver differentiated yet superior service offerings, with a value-for-money proposition.
Currently, Silver Pearl is operating with 36 rooms in 4 properties.
Silver Pearl owns, manage, operate and market the hotels. The company also operates restaurants and a cafe. The café has a seating capacity of 100 people. As of the date of this Prospectus, the portfolio consisted of the following:

- Osiya Rangnoo Rakchham Retreat – Leased Property
