Zomato IPO subscription to start from 14 July 2021 to 16 July 2021. The Initial Public offer of Equity Shares aggregating upto Rs.93,750 million comprising a Fresh Issue of up to Rs. 90,000 million and an Offer for Sale of up to Rs. 3,750 million. Price range for the offer has been fixed at Rs 72 – 76 per share.
