Shriram Properties IPO subscription to start from Dec 08 to Dec 10, 2021. The IPO consists of public issue comprises fresh issuance of equity shares worth ₹250 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹350 crore. The issue includes a reservation of equity shares worth ₹3 crore for the company’s employees who will receive those shares at a discount of ₹11 per share to final issue price. The price range for the offer has been fixed at Rs.113 – 118 per share.
