MedPlus IPO Subscription Status
MedPlus IPO subscription to start from Dec 13 to Dec 15, 2021. MedPlus Health Services, the second-largest pharmacy retailer in India, is eyeing to mop up Rs 1,398.29 crore via the primary route. The IPO comprises fresh issuance of equity shares worth 600 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to equity shares aggregating up to ₹798 crore by promoter and existing shareholders. The price range for the offer has been fixed at Rs 780 – 796 per share.
