Incorporated as “RailTel Corporation of India Limited” on September 26, 2000, as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, and the certificate of incorporation was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana.

Objects of the Issue
The objects of the Offer are:
(i) to carry out the disinvestment of 87,153,369 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholder constituting [●]% of the Company’s paid up Equity Share capital our Company; and
(ii) to achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the Offer and all proceeds shall go to the Selling Shareholder.
