Chemplast Sanmar IPO GMP
Chemplast Sanmar IPO subscription to start from August 10 to August 12, 2021. The Chennai-based specialty chemicals manufacturer is planning to raise Rs 3,850 crore through its primary offer which consists of a fresh issue of Rs 1,300 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 2,550 crore. The price range for the offer has been fixed at Rs 530 – 541 per share.
